Meditation in Motion- a workshop.
I am thrilled to announce, that I will be teaching Thai Massage this Autumn. There will be 2 classes; in October and November at the brilliant community led centre, Cobalt Studios in the Ouseburn.
This is an opportunity for you to learn to give Thai massage to your friends and family!
It is suitable for all levels. It is partner work, you can bring yours or find one at the session!
We will cover only the supine (facing up) position in October and prone (facing down) in November.
Step by step guided teaching, you will be pared with someone, comfy clothing and on the floor- so bring your yoga mat!
You will learn, where to find the Sen (energy) Lines.
Use tecniques;
Acupressure, compression, oscilation and stretching the limbs!
In October there will be live DJ and a savasana led by Grace Hoskyn.
In Novemeber – live DJ set and a sound bath.
Price will range from £8 – £12 for 1.5-2 hr session starts at 7pm.
