On my radar

Paintings at my studio by Tracy Donaldson
In this section I share what is on my radar. The things I am into, the places I like to go to, the things I use.
A constant changing and evolving page.
Thanks for looking, Ellie x
My latest obsessions
I use DoTerra products during my sessions. If you are experiencing discomfort or pain, the Deep Blue (deep heat) formula is one of the most effective options for relief. I also have small sachets available to buy at £5 each.

I’m loving this body oil from Tropic. It’s perfect to use after a shower or added to the bath. It also works wonderfully when used with a gua sha, always massaging in the direction of the heart!

Using gua sha in my facials feels deeply restorative and invigorates the senses.
It offers significant benefits by boosting blood circulation, stimulating elastin and collagen production, and promoting lymphatic drainage.
