  • The gift of health

My new gift cards have finally arrived! While the online scheduling system makes purchasing digital gift vouchers quick and easy to email, there is still something truly special about receiving a physical card. Simply purchase a voucher online, let me know, and I will gladly mail out a gorgeous physical gift card to you or your lucky recipient.

Lately, I’ve been struck by how deeply thoughtful it is to gift a massage. Often, the recipient would never take those two hours for themselves to alleviate any lingering pain and discomfort, choosing instead to simply push through it.

Giving this experience reminds them that relaxation and to connect with their bodies is an essential form of self-care. The thoughtful understood that.

  • The Wassa Method

    Workshop held in

    Cambridge

An intensive two-day workshop led by Wassa, bronze medalist at the 2022 World Massage Championship. Wassa brings a unique approach to bodywork, utilizing her entire body and incorporating oil. Her techniques are designed to reduce strain on the therapist’s joints by enhancing efficiency and movement. The workshop was challenging but incredibly rewarding—I learned numerous new methods to deliver bodywork. The techniques felt stronger and more effective, yet gentler on my body and comfortable for the recipient. I look forward to incorporating these skills into my future treatments.

I always strive to offer my clients more while continuously enhancing and refining my skills.

  • 3rd Sangha Massage Festival

Another incredible reunion for the third year in the Alpujara mountains. Students from 18 countries around the world and teachers whom I admire online, came together to share their knowledge. It is a place of learning and renewal, a time to reconnect with yourself and simply be.

I learnt so much again this year, a workshop in Thai Foot massage with Kate from Thailand’s school ITM. Sebastian Bruno, taught us about Dosas and element theory for proper assessment and effective treatmnet plans. Diego Marquete delved deeper into understanding the elements when working on thee belly massage.

I met both old and new friends from the US, the Netherlands, Japan, Mexico, and the UK. Everyone was so open and full of heart.

    2 Day Thai Table massage

    with Diego Marquete

    Workshop held in

    Granada City

Thai Table Massage with Diego Marquete

Diego has had extensive experience and works in the acclaimed school of Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, ITM- International Training Massage School with his wife Kate and also works in Brazil where he is from.

The two-day workshop covered the entire body, focusing on Thai techniques that can be performed on a table. These methods are designed to support bodywork for functional issues such as shoulder and neck pain, lower back pain, sciatica, hip pain, and more.

I am now integrating these techniques into my treatments, expanding my skill set. This allows me to continuously improve and offer my clients new and enriching experiences every time they book with me.

Upgrading my skills, I am also attending a two-day workshop on Thai table massage in Cambridge 9-10th of July 2026. Which includes the added technique of using oil during the treatment. This workshop will be conducted by Wassa Wassa.
