| The Thai yoga was a new experience for me. I generally get a lot of muscle stiffness and regularly have a massage to relieve this. Ellie suggested the Thai yoga and I felt confident in her skills to try something new. I felt immediate relief from muscle tightness with the stretches Ellie used. A recent knee injury which had aggravated my back and leg was managed without causing pain. At the end I felt at ease, relaxed, movement felt free and without pain. It was wonderful. Will definitely return on a regular basis. |
